                                                                                                 ——Jointly shaping a new global fashion accessory ecosystemMay 2025, Hangzhou, ChinaHangzhou Fashion One Accessories Co., Ltd. has established plans to further enhance its design innovation and technological research and development in the next three to five years. This upgrade will focus on four core categories: new ecological fabric scarves, 

intelligent multifunctional shawls, sustainable trendy straw hats, and modular trendy straw bags, promoting Chinese original design to the world's top.

1、 Strategic cooperation direction and implementation path

1. Cross continental design think tank co construction

We plan to establish a joint design center for "Hangzhou Madrid Milan" and hold four multinational designer workshops annually, introducing ZARA's minimalist genes, Primark's fast fashion response system, Accessories' craftsmanship inheritance database, and Otto's intelligent wearable technology.

For the scarf and shawl categories, we will jointly develop temperature sensitive color changing fibers (in cooperation with BASF Germany) and biodegradable bamboo fiber blended fabrics. We plan to launch the first solar powered charging and heating shawl in 2026.

2. New materials and breakthroughs in functionality

New Tide Straw Hat Series: Using the company's independently developed 3D woven UV resistant grass fiber, combined with Primark's 

lightweight structural design, it achieves a sun protection index UPF50+and foldable storage function in one.

Trendy Grass Bag Series: Collaborated with Otto to develop a magnetic modular component system that supports consumers to freely replace parts such as handles and inner bags.

3. Development mechanism

From 2026 to 2028, a quarterly limited edition Chinese culture series will be launched, featuring embroidered shawls from Wenyi Revival and utilizing lace carving techniques from Italy's century old workshop;

In addition, create virtual accessories for the metaverse to achieve bidirectional binding between physical grass bags and digital wearable assets.

2、 Internationalization layout upgrade strategy

1. Construction of Global Resource Network

Establish European design and logistics centers in Madrid and Hamburg. Enable blockchain traceability system to achieve full chain transparency from Anji bamboo raw materials in Zhejiang to Milan terminal stores.

2. Design standards lead

We plan to introduce the former creative director of LVMH Group as a global design consultant to lead the development of industry standards for smart accessories;

3. Cultural integration and innovation

Establish an Oriental Aesthetics Laboratory to transform intangible cultural heritage techniques such as Hangzhou silk tie dyeing and Longquan celadon glaze into modern design language, for example:

Embedding celadon ice cracking texture into scarf printing algorithm library;

The Song style frame structure is reorganized into a modular shawl wearing system.

3、 Future Vision

Hangzhou Fashion One Accessories will use this cooperation as a pivot to implement the "Global Design, Chinese Intelligent Manufacturing" strategy:

Technological Empowerment: Build the world's first intelligent flexible accessory factory by 2027, achieving 72 hour design to store updates;

Ecological closed-loop: By sharing carbon emission data with partner brands, achieve 100% renewable material usage by 2030;

We are not just manufacturing products, but also defining the next decade's paradigm of wearable aesthetics
